The tables were turned when past Pozitiv trainee, Maritza Duncan, today interviewed Glenn Kinsey along with presenter, Kirsty Young on Sunny Govan Radio's, "Make It Happen".

Martiza - who's a success coach as well as a presenter - quizzed Glenn about his work as well as what he's learnt about establishing various businesses from a Mayfair hair salon to a leading public relations firm.

The weekly show, broadcast on the Scotland-based radio station, aims to inspire individuals to make changes for the better. Maritza trained with Pozitiv in the early 1990's before going on to forge a successful career as a presenter.
