UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair was the keynote speaker - with music from Jamie Cullum - at last night's Labour Party Gala Dinner, sponsored by Pozitiv Communications our new PR, public affairs and crisis management consultancy.

Held at London's Park Lane Hilton, the annual event - attracting Labour Party stalwarts as well as most of the current UK Cabinet - also included an after dinner speech by Alastair Campbell.

Our new business has already signed up a number of clients - some of whom were in attendance as guests of our team last night - including the UK Bioindustry Association, Dr. Martens (Airwair), Acambis plc (leading vaccine manufacturer), 2 Sisters Food Group (the UK's largest supplier of processed chicken) and The Priory Group (mental health hospitals including the famous Roehampton establishment).

Guest of honour at the intimate event was Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. Tony Blair MP who gave a stirring keynote speech, followed by former Director of Communications and Strategy, Alastair Campbell.

Music for the guests was provided by new jazz sensation, Jamie Cullum whose album, Twentysomething last year became the fastest selling jazz album in UK history.
