stablished in 1991, we're leading specialists in spoken, strategic and visual communication, providing coaching, consultancy and production services to a diverse range of national and international clients.

Originally best known for training TV presenters, we've expanded slowly and steadily over the years consisting today of a small, tight-knit team of just over 20 across our boutique stable of niche businesses encompassing coaching, production and public relations.

Right from the beginning, almost all our work has come via personal recommendation or referral, with a consistent reputation for integrity, innovation and an individual approach.

We typically punch far above our weight, with a client list including some of the world's best known faces, brands and organisations.

Over the years, our work has attracted much media interest - it's been the subject of two BBC, "fly-on-the-wall" documentaries as well as being featured in programmes from ITV's, Fame School to The X-Factor; MTV's, Kept with Jerry Hall to Channel 4's Faking It. It's also prompted features in over 30 newspapers and magazines, including The Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Times.

Away from our core business, in 2001 we created Mark Glenn Hair Enhancement with hair extension pioneer, Mark Sharp which has rapidly grown to become the UK's leading specialist hair extension studio attracting clients worldwide.

Pozitiv was founded by Glenn Kinsey, who continues to lead the business today.
