For those occasions that demand it we have our own in-house, multi-camera, portable production unit for the live recording of events, programmes etc. In effect, we can set up a mini television studio at a venue of your choice.

For those who are interested, our kit and capabilities include the following:

• Digital Component Production Switcher - with the ability to switch up to 8 inputs (e.g. cameras) live and record to two outputs, or hard disk. The inputs can be configured to accept composite and Y/C, component (YUV and RGB) and SDI signals. Independent colour correctors on each input. Automated operation is possible via visual timelines
• 2D and 3D DVE (Digital Video Effects)
• Virtual Sets - creating realistic artificial environments with real-time environmental reflections and refractions, supporting mulitple live cameras
